This work is one of four pieces in Indigenous Planet, a digital art series inspired by the Four Seasons—one of the seven teachings of the Native American Medicine Wheel. Through this series, I portray the seasons of my life—Spring, Summer, Fall, and the forthcoming Winter.

Red represents Summer—a time of intensity, change, and survival. It reflects the period when I was taken from my Native homeland and lived in the United Kingdom, carrying my identity and spirit across distance.
